or Flats
White Belt with Brass Buckle
are mandatory with the skirt. Optional synthetic high-gloss.
Head Gear Combination cap.

Warm weather - official, business, social functions and ceremonies
when senior officer wishes to pay special honor to the occasion,
parades, reviews, evening socials.
