Orders may be faxed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays, by using the
online order form available. Cover sheets are not necessary. The UDC does not confirm
faxed orders. Fax your order once only. Faxing an order more than once could result in
duplicate charges to the member. If you do not receive your order within seven working
days, call 1-800-874-6841 or (609) 861-1221 to check the status.

5.A.2. Method of Payment
Either the Charge to Pay method, VISA, MasterCard, or personal check is an accepted
method of payment. Individuals CAN NOT use the government credit card to buy
personal uniform clothing items. All units using their unit credit card for purchase of
organizational clothing from UDC must attach to their order a signed statement, from the
supply officer, comptroller, or person certified to approve the unit’s purchase, verifying
that the use of unit AFC 30 funds is appropriate and approved for the purchase being
made.
5.A.3. Returning Uniform Items
All uniform items may be exchanged one for one if they do not fit or they are defective.
Non-returnable items:
- All uniform items sold at reduced price.
- Items altered in any way after receipt.
- If more than three months from date of invoice, even if not worn. Requests beyond that
period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Costs:
Return mailing or shipping costs for returns are normally the responsibility of the
member except for the below reasons, in which case, they may be returned at
Coast Guard expense.
