Subasta super especial Bicentenario

El valor incremental que pauta el ritmo de aumento de
los montos ofertados se determina a partir del incremento
efectuado por los oferentes con respecto a la última
oferta.
Es importante destacar que el precio de venta de los bienes
subastados no queda determinado por los montos
consignados en las ofertas bajo sobre sino por el resultado
de la puja entre los oferentes que concurren a la subasta.
El oferente bajo sobre gana la puja de la subasta cuando
los concurrentes se detienen en un monto inferior a su
oferta. En estos casos el precio de venta se establece adicionando
al último monto ofertado en la subasta el valor
incremental de la puja.
Esta modalidad permite también a quienes ofertan bajo
sobre contar con la posibilidad de adquirir el bien a
un precio de venta inferior al tope que están dispuestos
a pagar.
Además, dado que se formula por anticipado, la oferta
bajo sobre conserva la prioridad cuando en el curso de la
subasta otra oferta iguala su monto.
Oferta Telefónica
También es posible participar de la subasta a través de
ofertas telefónicas, simultáneas con la puja, abonando
con Tarjeta de Crédito.
Para ello el interesado deberá, con 24 hs. de anticipación
a la subasta como mínimo, enviar un mail a vtatelefonica@bancociudad.com.ar,
o comunicarse al 4329-8000
int.3669 a fin de proporcionar los datos correspondientes.

The hidden bidder wins the auction bidding process
when the attending bidders quit at a sum lower than the
former’s bid. In these cases, the sale price is established
by adding the increment value to the last bidden sum.
This modality also allows hidden bidders to buy a lot for
a sale price lower than the maximum sum they are willing
to pay.
Additionally, since it is made ahead of time, the hidden
bid maintains its priority when another bid is made for
an equal amount during the auction.
Telephone Bids
You can also participate in the auction via telephone solicitations,
concurrent with the bid, paying with a credit
card.
For this purpose the applicant shall, with 24 hours prior
to the auction at least, send an email tovtatelefonica@
bancociudad.com.ar, or contact the int.3669 4329-8600,
to provide relevant data.
