Le grossissement optique lors de l'examen
visuel à l'acides, acétique n’a pas
amélioré la performance du test [14, 22].
La cervicographie consiste à prendre une
photo du col imprégné d’acide acétique
qui sera étudiée par des spécialistes. Il a
été montré que la cervicographie avait
une sensibilité plus faible que le dépistage
cytologique [14, 23] et qu’elle souffrait
également de taux élevés de faux positifs
[24].
