Laurea nell'aprile 1995 in <strong>Ingegneria</strong> Meccanica presso il Politecnico<br />

<strong>di</strong> Milano, Dottorato <strong>di</strong> Ricerca conseguito nel febbraio 1999.<br />

Ricercatore <strong>di</strong> ruolo in Misure Meccaniche e Termiche dall'ottobre<br />

1999. Professore Associato in Misure Meccaniche e Termiche dal settembre<br />

2005.<br />

Campi <strong>di</strong> ricerca<br />

Oltre alle ricerche <strong>di</strong> carattere metrologico in ambito meccanico e<br />

termico, si occupa <strong>di</strong> sistemi e reti per la misura statica e <strong>di</strong>namica<br />

fino al campo sonico, con elevato carattere <strong>di</strong> complessità ed automazione,<br />

per il monitoraggio meccanico, ambientale e strutturale. È<br />

autore <strong>di</strong> svariati pacchetti software e <strong>di</strong> algoritmi originali per la<br />

misura basati su strumentazione virtuale.<br />

Si occupa inoltre <strong>di</strong> stu<strong>di</strong>o delle interazioni vibroacustiche, acustica e<br />

misure acustiche per l'ambiente, gli ambienti e la meccanica.<br />

Si occupa <strong>di</strong> esposizione dell'uomo alle vibrazioni e delle tecniche<br />

per la misura delle vibrazioni al corpo umano.<br />

È autore <strong>di</strong> più <strong>di</strong> trenta pubblicazione su atti <strong>di</strong> congresso e rivista.<br />
