Periodic Maintenance Phone Numbers and How To Get Assistance 6.11 Phone Numbers and How To Get Assistance A network of service representatives and factory-trained distributors is available. Prior to requesting service, perform a complete operational check of the instrument to verify proper control settings. If operational problems continue to exist, contact the Service Department at (800) 288-2121, ext: 8116 for Technical Support or (201) 995-8000 for assistance in determining the nearest field service location. Please include the instrument model number, the serial number, and a description of the problem with all requests for service. Warranty questions should be directed to a local representative. A list of offices, along with their phone numbers, is provided at the end of this manual. Upon request, calibration instructions or other information will be provided to assist the user’s appropriately qualified technical personnel in repairing those parts of the AS3000 which are designated as repairable.
