As the patient exhales tidal volume into the expiratory limb, fresh gas enters the Breathing<br />
System. Fresh gas mixes with exhaled gas after the Absorber removes CO 2. Excess fresh gas<br />
passes through the exhaust valve to the AGSS<br />
