(c) Notwithstanding any rule to the contrary in the Plan, any activity that involves the removal or loss in any 12-month period from within or adjacent to any Special Ecological Site of more than 20m² of indigenous vegetation is a non-complying activity. Chapter 24: Transportation Activity and Other Network Utility Rules Stormwater detention ponds and associated earthworks and structures under Table 24-1 in the Industrial Business Zone are controlled activities. The matters council reserves its control over include: 24.3.2.1 (a) District-wide rules contained within the Plan (see Chapters 11 to 18) (b) Imposition of financial contributions in accordance with Chapter 26 Financial Contribution Rules (c) Imposition of conditions in accordance with Section 108 of the Resource Management Act 1991.
