Nowe Centrum Łodzi jest<br />
spektakularnym projektem,<br />
realizowanym na<br />
powierzchni 100 hektarów<br />
w samym sercu Łodzi.<br />
Dzięki tak potężnej rewitalizacji<br />
i urbanistycznemu wyzwaniu oraz<br />
projektowi światowej sławy architekta<br />
Roba Kriera, ta część śródmieścia, podzielona<br />
na trzy strefy łączące funkcje<br />
kulturalne, komercyjne i mieszkaniowe,<br />
odzyska blask i ponownie zaistnieje<br />
w świadomości nie tylko mieszkańców<br />
Łodzi.<br />
Within New City Centre Project,<br />
100 ha of the city area will be totally reconstructed.<br />
The area has been divided<br />
into three zones, linking cultural, commercial<br />
and housing functions. This<br />
brave enterprise and urban challenge<br />
taken by world famous architect Rob<br />
Krier, aims to bring this part of the city<br />
to its old prime and find its new place<br />
not only in the inhabitants’ minds.<br />

W ramach projektu powstaje<br />
nowy, podziemny<br />
dworzec Łódź Fabryczna<br />
jako element infrastruktury<br />
komunikacyjnej i część planowanego<br />
korytarza kolei<br />
dużych prędkości, mającego<br />
połączyć Warszawę, Wrocław<br />
i Poznań z Łodzią.<br />
Wokół zabytkowej elektrociepłowni EC1<br />
powstaną również: centrum sztuki filmowej,<br />
planetarium, centrum nauki i techniki, kino<br />
3D, teatr dźwięku. Całość uzupełniona będzie<br />
#LodzNewCityCentre<br />
atrakcyjnymi terenami: zielonym parkiem Moniuszki<br />
oraz centralnie położonym rynkiem.<br />
The plans include: new underground<br />
Fabryczna Railway Station, as a part of communication<br />
infrastructure, new fast speed<br />
railway connection from Lodz to Warsaw,<br />
Wroclaw and Poznan. In the vicinity of and<br />
inspired by a former power-heat station,<br />
within the area located in EC1 there will<br />
be created an area for cultural, artistic<br />
and social functions, fulfilled by Interactive<br />
Science and Technology Centre,<br />
Cinematography Art Centre, Planetarium,<br />
3D Cinema, Theatre of Sound<br />
