that for a reduction <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> number <strong>of</strong> accidents that are attributable<br />

to carelessness, we can only look to <strong>the</strong> workmen <strong>the</strong>mselves and<br />

those who are in daily supervision over <strong>the</strong>m.<br />
