If one seat is damaged,simply reposition the clapper so that itseats against the other body seat.Then reverse the valve in the pipe line.The valve is again ready for service.• Bubble tight checking with only 3 psior less back pressure is assured withHayward’s rugged self aligning clapperseal design. Clapper is prevented fromslamming against valve body while inservice by means of a built-in clapperstop.• Two 1/4” drain ports permit draining andflushing of the valve and line withoutthe need for other valves.• Furnished ready for installation with twobuilt in o-ring flange seals.
