The fittings may beinstalled without adapters in either flat wall tanks, or most cylindrical tanks. PVDFfittings are also available with metric or IPS socket fusion connections.• Fittings are supplied with special Teflon ® encapsulated O-Rings which seal to theinterior tank wall. Special silicone hollow-core O-Ring provides sealing flexibility,and also compensates for any creep relaxation which may occur in the fittingbody. Teflon ® encapsulated Viton or solid TFE O-Rings can be substituted for hightemperature service.• Buttress form threads are used on the lock-nut to allow a proper seal of the O-Ringagainst the tank surface.SPECIFICATIONS• Fluor-O-Flo TFE bulkhead fittings are made from Microflon, a special virgin TFE.Fittings are supplied with Teflon FEP encapsulated, hollow-core, silicone O-Rings.Available in 1/8” through 4”.
