All designs can be supported by optional heavy-dutysteel stands, with up to 2” schedule 40 tubing construction.• Material options for a diverse range of applicationrequirements. Snyder has the ability to cater a tank’smaterial construction to an application’s specificrequirements. We offer the following resin options: Highdensitylinear Polyethylene (HDLPE: Complies with U.S.Food and Drug Administration Regulation 177.1520.All materials are UV stabilized for long-term outdoorservice.) – black & natural white color; Cross-linked,high-density Polyethylene (XLPE) – black & naturalwhite color; Opaque white – “black-out” resin.• Available with seismic MIC Zone 4 and UBC 110 MPHwind resistant tie-down systems. Most Snyder conebottomsincorporate molded-in tie-down lugs, whichare designed to interface with a seismic cable tie-downsystem for UBC Zone 4 requirements. Many tank designshave the ability to be modified for even more stringentspecification standards when required.• Specific gravity ratings are based on the industry’s mostsevere calculation.• Snyder utilizes a 600 PSI hoop stress measured fromthe top of the cone tank’s dome to calculate our postedspecific gravity for every vertical tank we manufacture.As a result, Snyder’s specific gravity ratings delivera stronger tank with a higher safety factor.
