Table 2-6, below, shows the adjusted rates.It is important to remember that the absolute numbers produced by the synthetic matrix estimationprocedure are factored to match actual traffic counts on the network, with the seed matrix values simplyserving as a starting point. Any remaining bias, upward or downward, would be mitigated to someextent by fitting the seed matrix flows to the link counts, provided the count data is robust.Table 2-6.
