Federal/State GrantsLAP ProjectsOn July 6, 2004, the <strong>Lake</strong> <strong>County</strong> Board of <strong>County</strong> Commissioners approved a Local Agency Program (LAP) agreement with theFlorida Department of Transportation (FDOT). The LAP agreement is a reimbursable-type grant. FDOT reimburses the <strong>County</strong> asexpenses are incurred.
