57. SEWAGE HANDLING FACILITIES [I-5]The intent <strong>of</strong> this Zone is to accommodate sewage handling facilities and related Uses.(1) Permitted Uses(a)(b)(c)(d)(e)Regional Sewage Pumping FacilitySewage Screening FacilityAccessory laboratoryAccessory operation/alarm control centreAccessory service and repair shop(2) Condition <strong>of</strong> UseNotwithstanding Section 57(1), all facilities and operations <strong>of</strong> the said facilities shallcomply with the regulations established by the Authority Having Jurisdiction.(3) Building HeightNo Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 7 metres(4) Siting Requirements(a)(b)(c)No Building shall be located within 7.5 metres <strong>of</strong> a Lot Line that is shared witha Parcel Zoned for a residential Use.Front Setback: No Building shall be located within 7.5 metres <strong>of</strong> the Front LotLine.Exterior Side Setback: No Building shall be located within 4.5 metres <strong>of</strong> anExterior Side Lot Line.(5) Screening and Landscaping(a) Screening and Landscaping shall be provided in accordance with Section 23.(b)Landscaping shall be provided along the entire Front Lot Line for a minimumwidth <strong>of</strong> 7.5 metres except for points <strong>of</strong> ingress and egress. In the case <strong>of</strong> aCorner Lot, the exterior Side Yard Setback <strong>of</strong> 4.5 metres shall also belandscaped except for points <strong>of</strong> ingress and egress.(6) Off Street ParkingOff street parking shall be provided in accordance with the requirements as specifiedin Parking <strong>Bylaw</strong> No. 2011.PART 5 - 76
