67.22 COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 32 [CD NO. 32]In that zone designated as CD No. 32 [Comprehensive Development District No. 32], noBuilding or Structure or part there<strong>of</strong> shall be erected, constructed, placed, maintained orused and no land shall be used except in accordance with and subject to the regulationscontained in or incorporated by reference into this Part.(1) Permitted UsesThe following Uses and no others shall be permitted:(a)(b)Single Family ResidentialHome Occupation(2) Parcel SizeThe minimum Parcel size <strong>of</strong> fee simple Parcels created by subdivision shall be5580 square metres.The average size <strong>of</strong> bare land strata lots will be 250 square metres with no lot beingless that 232 square metres.(3) DensityThe number <strong>of</strong> Dwelling Units permitted on Lots 1 to 18 , Section 10, <strong>Esquimalt</strong>District, Plan VIS5131 shall be limited to eighteen [18] for a density <strong>of</strong> one unit per310 square metres.(4) Building Height(a)(b)No Principal Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 8.6 metres.No Accessory Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 3.6 metres.(5) Lot CoverageAll Principal Buildings, Accessory Buildings and Structures combined shall not covermore than 50% <strong>of</strong> the area <strong>of</strong> the Parcel.(6) Floor Area RatioThe total combined Floor Area Ratio for the development <strong>of</strong> Lot 1, Section 10,<strong>Esquimalt</strong> District, Plan VIP 72764 shall not exceed 0.60.(7) Siting Requirements(a)Principal Buildings:
