67.31 COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 42 [CD NO. 42]In that Zone designated as CD No. 42 [Comprehensive Development District No. 42] noBuilding or Structure or part there<strong>of</strong> shall be erected, constructed, placed, maintained orused and no land shall be used except in accordance with and subject to the regulationscontained in or incorporated by reference into this Part.(1) Permitted UsesThe following Uses and no others shall be permitted:(a)(b)Single Family ResidentialHome Occupation(2) DensityThe number <strong>of</strong> Dwelling Units permitted on each <strong>of</strong> Lots 1 and 2, Section 11,<strong>Esquimalt</strong> District, Plan 5091 shall be limited to two [2] for a total <strong>of</strong> four [4] units witha density not to exceed one [1] unit per 385 square metres.(3) Building Height(a)(b)No residential Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 7.3 metres.No Accessory Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 3.6 metres.(4) Lot CoverageAll Principal Buildings, Accessory Buildings and Structures combined shall not covermore than 29% <strong>of</strong> the Parcel Area.(5) Floor Area RatioThe combined Floor Area Ratio shall not exceed .35.(6) Siting Requirements(a)Principal Buildings:(i)(ii)(iii)No Principal Building shall be located within 7.1 metres <strong>of</strong> the FrontLot Line.No Principal Building shall be located within 1.5 metres <strong>of</strong> any InteriorLot Line.No Principal Building shall be located within 8.0 metres <strong>of</strong> the RearLot Line.(iv)The separation between Principal Buildings within comprehensiveDevelopment District No. 42 [CD No. 42] shall not be less than 6.0metres.
