67.50 COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 62 [CD NO. 62]In that zone designated as CD No. 62 [Comprehensive Development District No. 62], noBuilding of Structure or part thereof shall be erected, constructed, placed, maintained orused and no land shall be used except in accordance with and subject to the regulationscontained in or incorporated by reference into this Part.(1) Permitted UsesThe following Uses and no others shall be permitted:(a)(b)Single Family ResidentialHome Occupation(2) Parcel SizeThe Minimum Parcel size of fee simple parcels created by subdivision shall be 284square metres.(3) DensityThe number of Dwelling Units permitted on Lot 1 and the east 8.9 feet of Lot 2, BlockC, Suburban Lot 49, Esquimalt District, Plan 772 shall be limited to two [2] for adensity of one unit per 376 square metres.(4) Building Height(a)(b)(c)The Principal Building fronting onto Lyall Street shall not exceed a Height of6.8 metres.The Principal Building fronting onto Admirals Road shall not exceed a Heightof 4.5 metres.No Accessory Building shall exceed a Height of 3.6 metres.(5) Lot CoverageAll Principal Buildings, Accessory Buildings and Structures combined shall not covermore than 30% of the combined Area of Lot 1 and the east 8.9 feet of Lot 2, Block C,Suburban Lot 49, Esquimalt District, Plan 772.(6) Floor Area Ratio(a)The combined Floor Area Ratio of Dwelling Units within Lot 1 and theeast 8.9 feet of Lot 2, Block C, Suburban Lot 49, Esquimalt District, Plan772 shall not exceed .38.(7) Siting Requirements(a)Principal Buildings:
