67.50 COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 62 [CD NO. 62]In that zone designated as CD No. 62 [Comprehensive Development District No. 62], noBuilding <strong>of</strong> Structure or part there<strong>of</strong> shall be erected, constructed, placed, maintained orused and no land shall be used except in accordance with and subject to the regulationscontained in or incorporated by reference into this Part.(1) Permitted UsesThe following Uses and no others shall be permitted:(a)(b)Single Family ResidentialHome Occupation(2) Parcel SizeThe Minimum Parcel size <strong>of</strong> fee simple parcels created by subdivision shall be 284square metres.(3) DensityThe number <strong>of</strong> Dwelling Units permitted on Lot 1 and the east 8.9 feet <strong>of</strong> Lot 2, BlockC, Suburban Lot 49, <strong>Esquimalt</strong> District, Plan 772 shall be limited to two [2] for adensity <strong>of</strong> one unit per 376 square metres.(4) Building Height(a)(b)(c)The Principal Building fronting onto Lyall Street shall not exceed a Height <strong>of</strong>6.8 metres.The Principal Building fronting onto Admirals Road shall not exceed a Height<strong>of</strong> 4.5 metres.No Accessory Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 3.6 metres.(5) Lot CoverageAll Principal Buildings, Accessory Buildings and Structures combined shall not covermore than 30% <strong>of</strong> the combined Area <strong>of</strong> Lot 1 and the east 8.9 feet <strong>of</strong> Lot 2, Block C,Suburban Lot 49, <strong>Esquimalt</strong> District, Plan 772.(6) Floor Area Ratio(a)The combined Floor Area Ratio <strong>of</strong> Dwelling Units within Lot 1 and theeast 8.9 feet <strong>of</strong> Lot 2, Block C, Suburban Lot 49, <strong>Esquimalt</strong> District, Plan772 shall not exceed .38.(7) Siting Requirements(a)Principal Buildings:
