67.20 COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 30 [CD NO. 30]In that Zone designed as CD No. 30 [Comprehensive Development District No. 30] noBuilding or Structure or part there<strong>of</strong> shall be erected, constructed, placed, maintained orused and no land shall be used except in accordance with and subject to the regulationscontained in or incorporated by reference into this Part.(1) Permitted UsesThe following Uses and no others shall be permitted:(a)(b)Single Family ResidentialHome Occupation(2) Parcel SizeThe minimum Parcel size <strong>of</strong> fee simple Parcels created by subdivision shall be 802square metres.(3) DensityThe number <strong>of</strong> Dwelling Units permitted on Lot 4, Block 3, Section 11, <strong>Esquimalt</strong>District, Plan 6016 shall be limited to two [2] for a density <strong>of</strong> one unit per 401 squaremetres.(4) Building Height(a)(b)No residential Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 7.35 metres.No Accessory Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 3.6 metres.(5) Lot CoverageAll Principal Buildings, Accessory Buildings and Structures combined shall not covermore than 26% <strong>of</strong> the area <strong>of</strong> Lot 4, Block 3, Section 11, <strong>Esquimalt</strong> District, Plan6016.(6) Floor Area RatioThe total combined Floor Area Ratio for the development <strong>of</strong> Lot 4, Block 3, Section11, <strong>Esquimalt</strong> District, Plan 6016 shall not exceed .35.(7) Siting Requirements(a)Residential Buildings:(i)(ii)Front Setback: No residential Building shall be located within 9.0 metres<strong>of</strong> the Front Lot Line.Side Setbacks: No residential Building shall be located within 1.5 metres<strong>of</strong> any Interior Lot Line.
