Lot Line.(iii)(iv)No Principal Building shall be located within 2.96 metres <strong>of</strong> any RearLot Line.The separation between Principal Buildings within ComprehensiveDevelopment District No. 54 [CD No. 54] shall not be less than 12.8metres.(b)Accessory Buildings:(i)(ii)(iii)(iv)No Accessory Building shall be located in front <strong>of</strong> the front face <strong>of</strong>any <strong>of</strong> the Principal Buildings within Comprehensive DevelopmentDistrict. No. 54 [CD No. 54].No Accessory Building shall be located within 0.5 metres <strong>of</strong> anyInterior Lot Line.No Accessory Building shall be located within 0.6 metres <strong>of</strong> any RearLot Line.The separation between any Accessory Building and any PrincipalBuilding within Comprehensive Development District No. 54 [CD No.54] shall not be less than 1.8 metres.(8) FencingSubject to Section 22 no fence shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 1.2 metres in front <strong>of</strong> thefront face <strong>of</strong> any <strong>of</strong> the Principal Buildings and no fence shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 1.6metres behind the front face <strong>of</strong> any <strong>of</strong> the Principal Buildings within ComprehensiveDevelopment District No. 54 [CD No. 54].(9) Landscaping and Open SpaceLandscaping and Open Space shall be as shown on the plans submitted with theapplication and controlled by Development Permit.(10) Off-Street ParkingThe number <strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong>f-street parking stalls shall be provided in the ratio <strong>of</strong> one (1) stallfor each Dwelling Unit.
