(b)Accessory Buildings:(i)(ii)(iii)Front Setback: No Accessory Building shall be located in front <strong>of</strong> the frontface <strong>of</strong> the Dwelling Unit located closest to Craigflower Road.Side Setback: No Accessory Building shall be located within 1.5 metres<strong>of</strong> any Interior Side Lot Line.Rear Setback: No Accessory Building shall be located within 1.5 metres<strong>of</strong> a Rear Lot Line.(8) Fencing(iv) Building Separation: No Accessory Building shall be located within 2.5metres <strong>of</strong> a Principal Building.Subject to Section 22, no fence shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 1.2 metres in front <strong>of</strong> thefront face <strong>of</strong> the Principal Building closest to Craigflower Road and 2 metres behindthe front face <strong>of</strong> that Building.(9) Off Street Parking(a)Notwithstanding Section 13 <strong>of</strong> Parking <strong>Bylaw</strong> No. 2011, the number <strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong>fstreet parking stalls shall be provided in the ratio <strong>of</strong> two stalls for each DwellingUnit.
