PARKS AND OPEN SPACE [P-2]The intent <strong>of</strong> this Zone is to accommodate public and private outdoor recreationopportunities.(1) Permitted UsesThe following Uses and no others are permitted:(a)(b)(c)(d)(e)ParkPlaygroundPlaying fieldBoat launchPublic Open Space(2) Building HeightNo Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 6 metres(3) Siting Requirements(a)(b)(c)Front Setback: No Building shall be located with 7.5 metres <strong>of</strong> a Front LotLine.Side Setback: No Building shall be located within 4.5 metres <strong>of</strong> an Interior orExterior Side Lot Line.Rear Setback: No Building shall be located within 7.5 metres <strong>of</strong> a Rear LotLine.(4) Screening and LandscapingScreening and Landscaping shall be provided in accordance with Section 23.(5) Off Street ParkingOff street parking shall be provided in accordance with the requirements <strong>of</strong> theParking <strong>Bylaw</strong> No. 2011.PART 5 - 79
