67.47 COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 59 [CD NO. 59]In that Zone designated as CD No. 59 (Comprehensive Development District No. 59) noBuilding or Structure or part there<strong>of</strong> shall be erected, constructed, placed, maintained, orused and no land shall be used except in accordance with and subject to the regulationscontained in or incorporated by reference into this Part.(1) Permitted UsesThe following Uses and no others shall be permitted:(a)(b)Single Family ResidentialHome Occupation(2) Parcel SizeThe minimum Parcel Size <strong>of</strong> Parcels created by subdivision shall be 375square metres.(3) DensityThe number <strong>of</strong> dwelling units permitted on Lot 3, Block 3, Section 11,<strong>Esquimalt</strong> District, Plan 6016 shall be limited to two (2) for a density <strong>of</strong> oneunit per 401 square metres.(4) Building Height(a) No Principal Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 6.5metres.(b) No Accessory Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 3.6metres.(5) Lot CoverageAll Principal Buildings, Accessory Buildings and Structures combined shallnot cover more than 31% <strong>of</strong> the Area <strong>of</strong> Lot 3, Block 3, Section 11, <strong>Esquimalt</strong>District, Plan 6016.(6) Floor Area RatioThe combined Floor Area Ratio for Lot 3, Block 3, Section 11, <strong>Esquimalt</strong>District, Plan 6016 shall not exceed .41.(7) Siting Requirements(a)Residential Buildings:(i) Front Setback: No Principal Building shall be locatedwithin 5.49 metres <strong>of</strong> the Front Lot Line.(ii) Side Setbacks: No Principal Building shall be located
