67.14 COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 22 [CD NO. 22]In that zone designated as CD No. 22 [Comprehensive Development District No. 22], noBuilding or Structure or part there<strong>of</strong> shall be erected, constructed, placed, maintained orused and no land shall be used except in accordance with and subject to the regulationscontained in or incorporated by reference into this Part.(1) Permitted UsesThe following Uses and no others shall be permitted:(a)(b)Single Family ResidentialHome Occupation(2) Parcel SizeThe minimum Parcel Size <strong>of</strong> fee simple Parcels created by subdivision shall be 1081square metres.(3) DensityThe number <strong>of</strong> Dwelling Units permitted on Lot 4, Section 11, <strong>Esquimalt</strong> District, Plan4618 shall be limited to two [2] for a density <strong>of</strong> one unit per 540 square metres.(4) Building Height(a)(b)No residential Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 7.3 metres.No Accessory Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 3.6 metres.(5) Lot CoverageAll Principal Buildings, Accessory Buildings and Structures combined shall notcover more than 21% <strong>of</strong> the area <strong>of</strong> Lot 4, Section 11, <strong>Esquimalt</strong> District Plan4618.(6) Floor Area RatioThe total combined Floor Area Ratio for the development <strong>of</strong> Lot 4, Section 11,<strong>Esquimalt</strong> District, Plan 4618 shall not exceed .35.(7) Siting Requirements(a)Residential Buildings:(i) Front Setback: No residential Building shall be located within 16.25metres <strong>of</strong> the Front Lot Line.
