PART 2 - APPLICATION, COMPLIANCE, AND SEVERABILITY3. APPLICATIONThis Bylaw shall apply to all land, the surface of water, Buildings, and Structures within theboundaries of the Corporation of the Township of Esquimalt subject to the provisions ofother Provincial and Federal statutes.4. COMPLIANCESubject to the provisions of the ”Municipal Act” respecting non-conforming Uses, noBuilding, Structure or land, including the surface of water, shall be used or occupied, and noBuilding or Structure or part thereof shall be erected, constructed, reconstructed, moved orstructurally altered except in conformity with this Bylaw.5. SEVERABILITYAny section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this Bylaw which is for any reasonheld to be invalid by the decision of any Court of competent jurisdiction, may be severedfrom the balance of this Bylaw without affecting the validity of the remaining portions of thisBylaw.PART 2 - 1
