(b)Accessory Buildings:(i)Front Setback: No Accessory Building shall be located in front <strong>of</strong>the front face <strong>of</strong> the Principal Building fronting on Luscombe Placeor Admirals Road.(ii) Side Setbacks: No Accessory Building shall be located within 1.5metres <strong>of</strong> any Interior Side Lot Line.(iii) Rear Setback: No Accessory Building shall be located within 1.5metres <strong>of</strong> any Rear Lot Line.(iv)Building Separation: No Accessory Building shall be located within2.5 metres <strong>of</strong> any Principal Building.(8) FencingSubject to Section 22, no fence shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 1.2 metres in front<strong>of</strong> the front face <strong>of</strong> any Principal Building and no fence shall exceed a Height<strong>of</strong> 2 metres behind the front face <strong>of</strong> any Principal Building.(9) Landscaping and Open SpaceLandscaping and Open Space shall be as shown on the plans submitted withthe application and controlled by Development Permit No. 29/2005.(10) Off-Street ParkingThe number <strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong>f street parking stalls shall be provided in the ratio <strong>of</strong> 1.5stall for each Dwelling Unit for a total <strong>of</strong> three [3] spaces.
