67. COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 6 [CD NO. 6]In that Zone designated as CD No. 6, [Comprehensive Development District No. 6], noBuilding or Structure or part there<strong>of</strong> shall be erected, constructed, placed, maintained orused and no land shall be used except in accordance with and subject to the regulationscontained in or incorporate by reference into this Part.(1) Permitted UsesApartment Use.(2) Number Of BuildingsNot more than one Apartment Building shall be erected, constructed, placed ormaintained on any one Parcel.(3) Floor AreaNo Apartment Building shall have a Floor Area in excess <strong>of</strong> 6,000 square metres.(4) Lot CoverageThe aggregate Site Coverage <strong>of</strong> any and all Buildings and Structures on a Parcelupon which there is an Apartment Building shall not exceed 30%.(5) Building HeightNo part <strong>of</strong> any Building shall exceed 12 metres in Height.(6) Number <strong>of</strong> Dwelling UnitsThe maximum number <strong>of</strong> Dwelling Units on a Parcel shall be forty-six [46].(7) Number <strong>of</strong> StoreysThe maximum number <strong>of</strong> Stories shall be five, including any basement, orunderground parking areas.(8) Siting Requirements(a)(b)(c)Front Setback: No part <strong>of</strong> any Building or Structure on a Parcel shall be nearerto any point on the Front Lot Line than a distance <strong>of</strong> 7.6 metresSide Setback: No Building or Structure on a Parcel shall be nearer to any pointon any side boundary <strong>of</strong> the Parcel than a distance <strong>of</strong> 6 metresRear Setback: No Building or Structure on a Parcel shall be nearer to anypoint on any rear boundary <strong>of</strong> the lot or Parcel than a distance <strong>of</strong> 7.6 metres
