67.32 COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 43 [CD NO. 43]In that Zone designated as CD No. 43 [Comprehensive Development District No. 43] noBuilding or Structure or part hereof shall be erected, constructed, placed, maintained or usedand no land shall be used except in accordance with and subject to the regulationscontained in or incorporated by reference into this Part.(1) Permitted UsesThe following Uses and no others shall be permitted:(a)(b)Single Family ResidentialHome Occupation(2) Parcel SizeThe minimum Parcel Size of fee simple Parcels created by subdivision shall be 375square metres.(3) DensityThe number of Dwelling Units permitted on Lot 20, Section 10, Esquimalt District,Plan 7328 shall be limited to two [2] for a density of one unit per 410 square metres.(4) Building Height(a)(b)No Principal Building shall exceed a Height of 7.3 metresNo Accessory Building shall exceed a Height of 3.6 metres.(5) Lot CoverageAll Principal Buildings, Accessory Buildings and Structures combined shall not covermore than 22% of the Area of Lot 20, Section 10, Esquimalt District, Plan 7328.(6) Floor Area RatioThe combined Floor Area Ratio for Lot 20, Section 10, EsquimaltDistrict, Plan 7328 shall not exceed .26.(7) Siting Requirements(a)Principal Buildings:(i)No Principal Building shall be located within 7.5 metres of the FrontLot Line.(ii)No Principal Building shall be located within 3.0 metres of anyExterior Lot Line.
