(7) Screening and Landscaping(a)(b)Landscaped Open Site Space shall be provided and maintained on everyParcel on which an Ambulance Station Building is situated and suchLandscaped Open Site Space shall have an Area in plan equal to not less than20% <strong>of</strong> the Area in plan <strong>of</strong> the Parcel.Landscape Screens shall be provided and maintained on and along theperimeter <strong>of</strong> all Areas used or intended to be used for surface parking on aParcel on which there is an Ambulance Station Building so that, save only fornecessary entrances and exits thereto and therefrom, a Landscape Screen orpart there<strong>of</strong> shall be interposed in plan between any and all such Areas andany and all points in any and all Parcels immediately adjacent to the Parcel onwhich the Ambulance Station Building is situated.(8) Walls and FencesNo wall or fence erected, constructed or placed on or along any boundary that aParcel has in common with a Highway shall exceed 1.5 metres in Height or in thecase <strong>of</strong> any other boundary, 2 metres in Height and where the Lot or Parcel isbounded on two or more sides by intersecting Highways, no wall or fence or partthere<strong>of</strong> lying within a distance <strong>of</strong> 6 metres <strong>of</strong> the point or any <strong>of</strong> the points <strong>of</strong>intersection <strong>of</strong> such Highways shall exceed 1 metre in Height.(9) Off Street ParkingOff street parking shall be provided in accordance with the requirements as specifiedin parking <strong>Bylaw</strong> No. 2011.
