(iii) Side Setbacks: No Principal Building shall be located within 3.2metres of any Exterior Lot Line.(iv) Rear Setback: No Principal Building shall be located within 3.6metres of any Rear Lot Line.(v) Building Separation: No Principal Building within Lots 1 and 2,Section 11, Esquimalt District, Plan 1466 shall be located within 6.3metres of any other Principal Building within those Parcels.(b)Accessory Buildings:(i)(ii)Front Setback: No Accessory Building shall be located in front of thefront face of any the of the Principal Buildings.Side Setbacks: No Accessory Building shall be located within theExterior side yard.(iii) Side Setbacks: No Accessory Building shall be located within 1.5metres of the Interior Side Lot Line.(iv) Rear Setback: No Accessory Building shall be located within 1.5metres of the Rear Lot Line.(v)Building Separation: No Accessory Building shall be located within2.5 metres of any Principal Building.(8) FencingSubject to Section 22, no fence shall exceed a Height of 1.2 metres in front of thefront face of either Principal Building and no fence shall exceed a Height of 2 metresbehind the front face of either Principal Building.(9) Landscaping and Open SpaceLandscaping and Open Space shall be as shown on the plans submitted with theapplication and controlled by Development Permit No. 17/2007.(10) Off-Street ParkingThe number of off street parking stalls shall be provided in the ratio of 2 stalls foreach Dwelling Unit plus two [2] visitor spaces for a total of fourteen [14] spaces.
