(9) Screening and Landscaping(a)(b)Landscaped Open Site Space shall be provided and maintained on everyParcel on which an Apartment is situated and such Landscaped Open SiteSpace shall have an Area in plan equal to not less than 30% <strong>of</strong> the Area inplan <strong>of</strong> the Parcel.Landscape Screens shall be provided and maintained on the perimeter <strong>of</strong> allAreas used or intended to be used for surface parking on a Parcel on whichthere is an Apartment so that, save only for necessary entrances and exitsthereto and therefrom, a Landscape Screen or part there<strong>of</strong> shall be interposedin plan between any and all points in any and all such Areas and any and allpoints in any and all Parcels immediately adjacent to the Lot or Parcel on whichthe Apartment is situated.(10) Walls and FencesNo wall or fence erected, constructed or placed on or along any boundary that a Lotor Parcel <strong>of</strong> land has in common with a Highway shall exceed 1.5 metres in Height orin the case <strong>of</strong> any other boundary, 2 metres in Height and where the Parcel isbounded on two or more sides by intersecting Highways, no wall or fence or partthere<strong>of</strong> lying within a distance <strong>of</strong> 6 metres <strong>of</strong> the point or any <strong>of</strong> the points <strong>of</strong>intersection <strong>of</strong> such Highways shall exceed 1 metre in Height.(11) Off Street ParkingOff street parking shall be provided in accordance with the requirements as specifiedin Parking <strong>Bylaw</strong> No. 2011.
