(i) Front Setback: No Principal Building shall be located within 6.0metres of any Front Lot Line.(ii) Side Setbacks: No Principal Building shall be located within 1.6metres of any Interior Lot Line. No Principal Building shall be locatedwithin 3.9 metres of any Exterior Lot Line.(iii)Rear Setback: No Principal Building shall be locatedwithin 6.0 metres of any Rear Lot Line.(iv) Building Separation: No Principal Building shall be located within 4.5metres of any other Principal Building.(b)Accessory Buildings:(i)Front Setback: No Accessory Building shall be located in front of thefront face of either the Principal Building fronting on Admirals Road orthe Principal Buildings fronting on Cole Street.(ii) Side Setbacks: No Accessory Building shall be located within 1.6metres of any Interior Side Lot Line or within 3.9 metres of anyExterior Lot Line.(iii) Rear Setback: No Accessory Building shall be located within 1.5metres of any Rear Lot Line.(iv)Building Separation: No Accessory Building shall be located within2.5 metres of any Principal Building.(8) FencingSubject to Section 22, no fence shall exceed a Height of 1.2 metres in front of thefront face of any of the Principal Buildings and no fence shall exceed a Height of 2metres behind the front face of any Principal Building.(9) Landscaping and Open SpaceLandscaping and Open Space shall be as shown on the plans submitted with theapplication and controlled by Development Permit No. 05/2004.(10) Off-Street ParkingThe number of off street parking stalls shall be provided in the ratio of one [1] stallfor each Dwelling Unit.
