MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL [RM-1]The intent of this Zone is to accommodate low density Townhouse development.(1) Permitted UsesThe following Uses and no others shall be permitted:(a)(b)Townhouse ResidentialHome Occupation(2) Floor Area RatioThe Floor Area Ratio shall not exceed 0.40.(3) Unit SizeThe minimum Floor Area for each Dwelling Unit shall not be less than 75 squaremetres(4) Building Height(a)(b)No Principal Building shall exceed a Height of 7.5 metresNo Accessory Building shall exceed a Height of 4 metres(5) Lot Coverage(a)(b)All Principal Buildings, Accessory Buildings and Structures combined shall notcover more than 40% of the Area of a Parcel.All Accessory Buildings and Structures combined shall not exceed 10% of theArea of a Parcel.(6) Siting Requirements(a)Principal Building(i)(ii)(iii)Front Setback: No Building shall be located within 7.5 metres of the FrontLot Line.Side Setback: No Building shall be located within 4.5 meters of anInterior Side Lot Line, nor 3.6 metres of an Exterior Side Lot Line.Rear Setback: No Building shall be located within 7.5 metres of a RearLot Line.PART 5 - 31
