67.36 COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 47 [CD NO. 47]In that Zone designated as CD No. 47 [Comprehensive Development District No. 47] noBuilding or Structure or part there<strong>of</strong> shall be erected, constructed, placed, maintained, orused and no land shall be used except in accordance with and subject to the regulationscontained in or incorporated by reference into this Part.(1) Permitted UsesThe following Uses and no others shall be permitted:(a)(b)Single Family ResidentialHome Occupation(2) Parcel SizeThe minimum Parcel Size <strong>of</strong> Parcels created by subdivision shall be 465 squaremetres.(3) DensityThe number <strong>of</strong> dwelling units permitted on Lot A, Section 2, <strong>Esquimalt</strong> District, Plan18637, except that part there<strong>of</strong> lying North Easterly <strong>of</strong> a line parallel to and 65 feetperpendicularly distant from the North Easterly boundary <strong>of</strong> the said Lot A shall belimited to three (3) for a density <strong>of</strong> one unit per 479 square metres.(4) Building Height(a) No Principal Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 7.0metres.(b) No Accessory Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 3.6metres.(5) Lot CoverageAll Principal Buildings, Accessory Buildings and Structures combined shall not covermore than 20% <strong>of</strong> the Area <strong>of</strong> Lot A, Section 2, <strong>Esquimalt</strong> District, Plan 18637,except that part there<strong>of</strong> lying North Easterly <strong>of</strong> a line parallel to and 65 feetperpendicularly distant from the North Easterly boundary <strong>of</strong> the said Lot A.(6) Floor Area RatioThe combined Floor Area Ratio for Lot A, Section 2, <strong>Esquimalt</strong> District, Plan 18637,except that part there<strong>of</strong> lying North Easterly <strong>of</strong> a line parallel to and 65 feetperpendicularly distant from the North Easterly boundary <strong>of</strong> the said Lot A shall notexceed .30.(7) Siting Requirements(a)Residential Buildings:
