67.36 COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 47 [CD NO. 47]In that Zone designated as CD No. 47 [Comprehensive Development District No. 47] noBuilding or Structure or part thereof shall be erected, constructed, placed, maintained, orused and no land shall be used except in accordance with and subject to the regulationscontained in or incorporated by reference into this Part.(1) Permitted UsesThe following Uses and no others shall be permitted:(a)(b)Single Family ResidentialHome Occupation(2) Parcel SizeThe minimum Parcel Size of Parcels created by subdivision shall be 465 squaremetres.(3) DensityThe number of dwelling units permitted on Lot A, Section 2, Esquimalt District, Plan18637, except that part thereof lying North Easterly of a line parallel to and 65 feetperpendicularly distant from the North Easterly boundary of the said Lot A shall belimited to three (3) for a density of one unit per 479 square metres.(4) Building Height(a) No Principal Building shall exceed a Height of 7.0metres.(b) No Accessory Building shall exceed a Height of 3.6metres.(5) Lot CoverageAll Principal Buildings, Accessory Buildings and Structures combined shall not covermore than 20% of the Area of Lot A, Section 2, Esquimalt District, Plan 18637,except that part thereof lying North Easterly of a line parallel to and 65 feetperpendicularly distant from the North Easterly boundary of the said Lot A.(6) Floor Area RatioThe combined Floor Area Ratio for Lot A, Section 2, Esquimalt District, Plan 18637,except that part thereof lying North Easterly of a line parallel to and 65 feetperpendicularly distant from the North Easterly boundary of the said Lot A shall notexceed .30.(7) Siting Requirements(a)Residential Buildings:
