DIVISION 5 - MARINE ZONES61. MARINE [LAND] COMMERCIAL [M-1]The intent <strong>of</strong> this Zone is to accommodate land based commercial establishments that arerelated to the water and tourists.(1) Permitted UsesThe following Uses and no others are permitted:(a) Boat rental and passenger charter(b) Marine Retail Store(c) Marine related Business and Pr<strong>of</strong>essional Offices(d) Pleasure and commercial boat sales and service(e) Restaurants(f) Accessory Residential, subject to Section 26(2) Building HeightNo Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 7.3 metres(3) Lot CoverageAll Principal Buildings, Accessory Buildings and Structures combined shall not covermore than 40% <strong>of</strong> the Area <strong>of</strong> a Parcel.(4) Siting RequirementsNo Building shall be located within 7.5 metres <strong>of</strong> a Front Lot Line and 4.5 metres <strong>of</strong> aSide Lot Line nor 4.5 metres <strong>of</strong> the High Water Mark or Rear Lot Line.(5) Screening and Landscaping(a) Screening shall be provided in accordance with Section 23.(b)Landscaping shall be provided along the entire Front Lot Line for a minimumwidth <strong>of</strong> 3 metres except for points <strong>of</strong> ingress and egress.(6) Off Street ParkingOff street parking shall be provided in accordance with the requirements as specifiedin Parking <strong>Bylaw</strong> No. 2011.PART 5 - 84
