30.5 TEMPORARY COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL USE PERMITSIn circumstances where a proposed commercial or industrial land use may be necessary ordesirable but does not fit with the current zoning, Council may consider allowing such a useon a temporary basis for a period of two years.Temporary Commercial and Industrial Use Permits may only be considered after appropriatenotification as required by the Local Government Act has been given.If necessary, the temporary commercial or industrial use permit may be renewed for asecond two year term, however, only one renewal is permitted.PART 4 - 7
