67.43 COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 55 [CD NO. 55]In that Zone designated as CD No. 55 [Comprehensive Development District No. 55] noBuilding or Structure or part there<strong>of</strong> shall be erected, constructed, placed, maintained, orused and no land shall be used except in accordance with and subject to the regulationscontained in or incorporated by reference into this Part.(1) Permitted UsesThe following Uses and no others shall be permitted:(a)(b)Single Family ResidentialHome Occupation(2) Parcel SizeThe minimum Parcel Size <strong>of</strong> Parcels created by subdivision shall be 530 squaremetres.(3) DensityThe number <strong>of</strong> dwelling units permitted on Lot 2, Section 10, <strong>Esquimalt</strong> District, Plan7511 and Part <strong>of</strong> the Common Property <strong>of</strong> Strata Plan VIS5535 shall be limited totwo [2] for a density <strong>of</strong> one unit per 530 square metres.(4) Building Height(a)(b)No Principal Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 7.3 metres.No Accessory Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 3.6 metres.(5) Lot CoverageAll Principal Buildings, Accessory Buildings and Structures combined shall not covermore than 24% <strong>of</strong> the Area <strong>of</strong> Lot 2, Section 10, <strong>Esquimalt</strong> District, Plan 7511 andPart <strong>of</strong> the Common Property <strong>of</strong> Strata Plan VIS5535.(6) Floor Area RatioThe combined Floor Area Ratio for Lot 2, Section 10, <strong>Esquimalt</strong> District, Plan 7511and Part <strong>of</strong> the Common Property <strong>of</strong> Strata Plan VIS5535 shall not exceed .35.(7) Siting Requirements(a)Residential Buildings:(i) Front Setback: No Principal Building shall be located within 11.7metres <strong>of</strong> the Front Lot Line.(ii)Side Setbacks: No Principal Building shall be located within3.0 metres <strong>of</strong> any Interior Lot Line.
