(b)Accessory Buildings:(i)(ii)(ii)No Accessory Building shall be located in front of the front face ofeither of the Principal Buildings within Comprehensive DevelopmentDistrict No. 42 (CD-No. 42).No Accessory Building shall be located within 1.5 metres of anyInterior or Rear Lot Line.Building Separation: No Accessory Building shall be located within2.5 metres of any Principal Building.(7) FencingSubject to Section 22, no fence shall exceed a Height of 1.2 metres in front of thefront face of either of the Principal Buildings and no fence shall exceed a height of1.8 metres behind the front face of the Principal Buildings.(8) Landscaping and Open SpaceLandscaping and Open Space shall be as shown on the plans submitted with theapplication and controlled by Development Permit No. 12/2002.(9) Off-Street ParkingThe number of off street parking stalls shall be provided in the ratio of two [2] stallsfor each Dwelling Unit.
