67.7 COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 13 [CD NO. 13]In that Zone designated as CD No. 13, [Comprehensive Development District No.13], noBuilding or Structure or part thereof shall be erected, constructed, placed, maintained orused and no land shall be used except in accordance with and subject to the regulationscontained in or incorporated by reference into this Part.(1) Permitted UsesThe following Uses and no others shall be permitted:(a)(b)2 detached single Family residential Dwelling UnitsHome Occupation(2) Number of BuildingsNot more than two [2] residential Buildings shall be erected, constructed, placed, ormaintained on Lot 1, Block E, Section 11, Esquimalt District, Plan 292.(3) Number of Dwelling UnitsThe maximum number of Dwelling Units on Lot 1, Block E, Section 11, EsquimaltDistrict, Plan 292 shall be two [2].(4) Building Height(a)(b)No residential Building shall exceed a Height of 7.3 metres.No Accessory Building shall exceed a Height of 3.6 metres.(5) Lot CoverageAll Principal Buildings, Accessory Buildings and Structures combined shall not covermore than 35% of the Area of a Parcel.(6) Siting Requirements(a)Residential Building(s):(i)(ii)(iii)Front Setback: No residential Building shall be located within 3.4 metresof the Front Lot Line.Side Setback: No residential Building shall be located within 0 metres ofany Interior Side Lot Line or within .21 metres of an Exterior Side LotLine.Rear Setback: No residential Building shall be located within .28 metresof a Rear Lot Line.
