67.33 COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 44 [CD NO. 44]In that Zone designated as CD No. 44 [Comprehensive Development District No. 44] noBuilding or Structure or part here<strong>of</strong> shall be erected, constructed, placed, maintained orused and no land shall be used except in accordance with and subject to the regulationscontained in or incorporated by reference into this Part.(1) Permitted UsesThe following Uses and no others shall be permitted:(a)(b)Single Family ResidentialHome Occupation(2) Parcel SizeThe minimum Parcel Size <strong>of</strong> fee simple Parcels created by subdivision shall be 357square metres.(3) DensityThe number <strong>of</strong> Dwelling Units permitted on Lot 1, Block 1, Section 11, <strong>Esquimalt</strong>District, Plan 6016 except that part in Plan 13605 shall be limited to two [2] for adensity <strong>of</strong> one unit per 402 square metres.(4) Building Height(a)(b)No Principal Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 6.8 metresNo Accessory Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 3.6 metres.(5) Lot CoverageAll Principal Buildings, Accessory Buildings and Structures combined shall notcover more than 25% <strong>of</strong> the Area <strong>of</strong> Lot 1, Block 1, Section 11, <strong>Esquimalt</strong> District,Plan 6016 except that part in Plan 13605.(6) Floor Area RatioThe combined Floor Area Ratio for Lot 1, Block 1, Section 11, <strong>Esquimalt</strong> District,Plan 6016 except that part in Plan 13605 shall not exceed .36.(7) Siting Requirements(a)Principal Buildings:(i)No Principal Building shall be located within 4.8 metres <strong>of</strong> theFront Lot Line.(ii)No Principal Building shall be located within 1.5 metres <strong>of</strong>any Interior Lot Line.
