51. TOURIST COMMERCIAL [C-5B]The intent <strong>of</strong> this Zone is to accommodate specialized tourist commercial facilities.(1) Permitted UsesThe following Uses and no others are permitted:(a) Motel(b) Hotel(c) Museum(d) Accessory Residential, subject to Section 26(e) Accessory Tourist Commercial Use(f) Amphitheatre(g) Parkade(h) Artisans’ Studios(2) Building HeightNo Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 12 metres(3) Lot CoverageAll Principal Buildings, Accessory Buildings and Structures combined shall not covermore than 16% <strong>of</strong> the Area <strong>of</strong> Parcel.(4) Floor Area RatioThe Floor Area Ratio shall not exceed 0.40.(5) Siting Requirements(a)(i)(ii)(iii)(b)Principal BuildingsNo Principal Building shall be located within 7.5 metres <strong>of</strong> a Front or Rear LotLine.No Principal Building shall be located within 2.2 metres <strong>of</strong> the north InteriorLot Line.No Principal Building shall be located within 3.8 metres <strong>of</strong> the south InteriorLot Line.Accessory Buildings(i)No setback is required from any Lot Line for an Accessory Structure.(6) Parcel SizeThe minimum Parcel Size shall be 1 hectare.(7) Screening and LandscapingPART 5 - 57
