MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL [RM-5]The intent <strong>of</strong> this Zone is to accommodate high density Apartment development.(1) Permitted UsesThe following Uses and no others shall be permitted:(a)(b)Apartment ResidentialHome Occupation(2) Floor Area RatioThe Floor Area Ratio shall not exceed 1.50.(3) Unit SizeThe minimum Floor Area for each Dwelling Unit shall not be less than60 square metres(4) Building Height(a)(b)No Principal Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 20 metresNo Accessory Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 4 metres(5) Lot Coverage(a)(b)All Principal Buildings, Accessory Buildings and Structures combined, shall notcover more than 30% <strong>of</strong> the Area <strong>of</strong> a Parcel.The Floor Area <strong>of</strong> each storey above the second storey <strong>of</strong> a Principal Buildingshall not exceed 25% <strong>of</strong> the Area <strong>of</strong> the Parcel.(6) Siting Requirements(a)Principal Building(i)No Principal Building shall be located with 7.5 metres <strong>of</strong> a Front, Side orRear Lot Line.(b)Accessory Building(i)(ii)Front Setback: No Accessory Building shall be located in front <strong>of</strong> thefront face <strong>of</strong> the Principal Building.Side Setback: No Accessory Building shall be located within 1.5 metres<strong>of</strong> an Interior Side Lot Line nor 3.6 metres <strong>of</strong> an Exterior Side Lot Line.(iii)Rear Setback: No Accessory Building shall be located within 1.5 metresPART 5 - 43
