(7) Siting Requirements(a)Principal Buildings:(i) No Principal Building shall be located within 1.2metres of the Front Lot Line .(ii) No Principal Building shall be located within 0.5metres of any exterior Lot Line.(iii) No Principal Building shall be located within 1.58metres of the Rear Lot Line.(v)(b)The separation between Principal Buildings shall not be lessthan 2.5 metresPrincipal Buildings where lots are bare land strata.(i) No Principal Building shall be located within 1.12metres of the Front Lot Line;(ii) No Principal Building shall be located within 0.5metres of any Exterior Lot Line;(iii) No Principal Building shall be located within 1.5metres of any Rear Lot Line;(iv)The separation between Principal Buildings shall notbe less than 2.5 metres.(c)Accessory Buildings:(i)No Accessory Building shall be located in front of thefront face of any of the Principal Buildings withinComprehensive Development District.
