(iv)The separation between Principal Buildings within ComprehensiveDevelopment District No. 67 [CD No. 67] shall not be less than 3.5metres.(b) Accessory Buildings:(i)(ii)(iii)No Accessory Building shall be located in front <strong>of</strong> the front face <strong>of</strong>either <strong>of</strong> the Principal Buildings within Compre-hensive DevelopmentDistrict No. 66 [CD No. 66].No Accessory Building shall be located within 1.5 metres <strong>of</strong> anInterior or Rear Lot Line.The separation between any Accessory Building and any PrincipalBuilding within Comprehensive Development District No. 66 [CD No.66] shall not be less than 2.5 metres.(8) FencingSubject to Section 22 no fence shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 1.2 metres in front <strong>of</strong> thefront face <strong>of</strong> either <strong>of</strong> the Principal Buildings or along the Phoenix Road frontageand no fence shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 2.0 metres behind the front face <strong>of</strong> either<strong>of</strong> the Principal Buildings on Lot AM3, Section 10, <strong>Esquimalt</strong> District, Plan 276.(9) Landscaping and Open SpaceLandscaping and Open Space shall be as shown on the plans submitted with theapplication and controlled by Development Permit No. 03/2008.(10) Off-Street ParkingNotwithstanding Section 13 <strong>of</strong> Parking <strong>Bylaw</strong> No. 2011, the number <strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong>f-streetparking stalls shall be provided in the ratio <strong>of</strong> two [2] stalls or each Dwelling Unit.Notwithstanding Section 9(4) <strong>of</strong> Parking <strong>Bylaw</strong> No. 2011, the two required <strong>of</strong>fstreetparking stalls on Lot B may be located as shown on the plans attached toDevelopment Permit No. 03/2008.
