(12) Walls and FencesNo wall or fence erected, constructed or placed on or along any Boundary that aParcel has in common with a Highway shall exceed 1.5 metres in Height or in caseof any other Boundary, 2 metres in Height and where the Parcel is bounded on twoor more sides by intersecting Highways, no wall or fence or part thereof lying within adistance of 6 metres of the point or any of the points of intersection of suchHighways shall exceed 1 metre in Height.
