(ii) Side Setbacks: No Principal Building shall be located within 1.5metres of any Interior Lot Line. No Principal Building shall be locatedwithin 3.6 metres of any Exterior Lot Line.(iii) Rear Setback: No Principal Building shall be located within 6.5metres of any Rear Lot Line.(iv) Building Separation: No Principal Building shall be located within 3.9metres of any other Principal Building.(b)Accessory Buildings:(i)Front Setback: No Accessory Building shall be located in front of thefront face of either the Principal Buildings fronting on Lyall Street orComerford Street.(ii) Side Setbacks: No Accessory Building shall be located within 3.6metres of any Interior Side Lot Line or within 3.6 metres of anyExterior Lot Line.(iii) Rear Setback: No Accessory Building shall be located within 1.5metres of any Rear Lot Line.(iv)Building Separation: No Accessory Building shall be located within2.5 metres of any Principal Building.(8) FencingSubject to Section 22, no fence shall exceed a Height of 1.2 metres in front of thefront face of either Principal Building or along the property lines parallel to LyallStreet or Comerford Street.
