(iv) Building Separation: No Residential Building shall be located within 4.38metres <strong>of</strong> any other Residential Building.(b)Accessory Buildings:(i)(ii)(iii)Front Setback: No Accessory Building shall be located in front <strong>of</strong> thefront face <strong>of</strong> the Dwelling Unit fronting on Wychbury Avenue or in front <strong>of</strong>the front face <strong>of</strong> the Dwelling Unit fronting on Kinver Street.Side Setbacks: No Accessory Building shall be located within 1.5 metres<strong>of</strong> any Interior Side Lot Line nor within .36 metres <strong>of</strong> any Exterior Side LotLine.Rear Setback: No Accessory Building shall be located within 1.5 metres<strong>of</strong> a Rear Lot Line.(8) Fencing(iv) Building Separation: No Accessory Building shall be located within 2.5metres <strong>of</strong> a Principal Building.Subject to Section 22, no fence shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 1.2 metres in front <strong>of</strong> thefront face <strong>of</strong> either Dwelling Unit and no fence shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 2 metresbehind the front face <strong>of</strong> either Dwelling Unit.(9) Off street ParkingNotwithstanding Section 13 <strong>of</strong> Parking <strong>Bylaw</strong> No. 2011, the number <strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong>f streetparking stalls shall be provided in the ratio <strong>of</strong> one stall for each Dwelling Unit.
