DIVISION 5 - MARINE ZONES61.1 MARINE COMMERCIAL [M-2]The intent <strong>of</strong> this Zone is to accommodate land based commercial establishments that arerelated to the water and tourists.(1) Permitted UsesThe following Uses and no others are permitted:(a) Marine Pub(b) Boat rental and passenger charter(c) Marine Retail Store(d) Marine related Business and Pr<strong>of</strong>essional Offices(e) Pleasure and commercial boat sales and service(f) Restaurants(g) Tourist Accommodation(h) Accessory Residential, subject to Section 26(2) Building HeightNo Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 11.5 metres(3) Lot CoverageAll Principal Buildings, Accessory Buildings and Structures combined shall not covermore than 40% <strong>of</strong> the Area <strong>of</strong> a Parcel.(4) Siting RequirementsNo Building shall be located:(i)(ii)(iii)within 7.5 metres <strong>of</strong> a Front Lot Line;within 4.0 metres <strong>of</strong> a Side Lot Line;within 0.0 metres <strong>of</strong> the High Water Mark or Rear Lot Line.(5) Screening and Landscaping(a) Screening shall be provided in accordance with Section 23.(b)Landscaping shall be provided along the entire Front Lot Line except for points<strong>of</strong> ingress and egress.(6) Off Street ParkingOff street parking shall be provided in accordance with the requirements as specifiedin Parking <strong>Bylaw</strong> No. 2011.PART 5 - 85
