51.1. TOURIST COMMERCIAL [C-5C]The intent <strong>of</strong> this zone is to accommodate tourist accommodation facilities which do notsell or serve liquor.(1) Permitted UsesThe following uses and no others are permitted:(a) Motel(b) Hotel(c) Accessory Residential, subject to Section 26(d) Accessory Tourist Commercial UseThe following uses are prohibited:(a)Licensed Liquor Establishment(2) Building HeightNo Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 10 metres.(3) Lot CoverageAll Principal Buildings, Accessory Buildings and Structures combined shall not covermore than 35% <strong>of</strong> the Area <strong>of</strong> the Parcel.(4) Siting Requirements(a)Principal Buildings(i)(ii)(iii)No Principal Building shall be located within7.5 metres <strong>of</strong> the Front Lot Line.No Principal Building shall be located within7.5 metres <strong>of</strong> the Rear Lot Line.No Principal Building shall be located within1.6 metres <strong>of</strong> any Interior Lot Line.(b)Accessory Buildings(i)(ii)No Accessory Building shall be located in front <strong>of</strong>the front face <strong>of</strong> the Principal Buildings.No Accessory Building shall be located within 1.5 metres <strong>of</strong> a Rearor Interior Lot Line.PART 5 - 59
