51.1. TOURIST COMMERCIAL [C-5C]The intent of this zone is to accommodate tourist accommodation facilities which do notsell or serve liquor.(1) Permitted UsesThe following uses and no others are permitted:(a) Motel(b) Hotel(c) Accessory Residential, subject to Section 26(d) Accessory Tourist Commercial UseThe following uses are prohibited:(a)Licensed Liquor Establishment(2) Building HeightNo Building shall exceed a Height of 10 metres.(3) Lot CoverageAll Principal Buildings, Accessory Buildings and Structures combined shall not covermore than 35% of the Area of the Parcel.(4) Siting Requirements(a)Principal Buildings(i)(ii)(iii)No Principal Building shall be located within7.5 metres of the Front Lot Line.No Principal Building shall be located within7.5 metres of the Rear Lot Line.No Principal Building shall be located within1.6 metres of any Interior Lot Line.(b)Accessory Buildings(i)(ii)No Accessory Building shall be located in front ofthe front face of the Principal Buildings.No Accessory Building shall be located within 1.5 metres of a Rearor Interior Lot Line.PART 5 - 59
